simple background - free
detailed background - +$30
painted background - +$35 [experimental]
additional character - + two thirds of base price [p*0.66]
1 - Art acquired from me in any way [art trades, commissions, etc] grants personal use for the art, meaning you cannot gain profit with it. Art acquired from me cannot be used in advertising (unless explicitly and mutually agreed upon, such as a logo, shirt design, or otherwise, along with unique WRITTEN terms per case), as reference for commissions, or otherwise to gain profit.2 - My art is to be valued equivalently to its commission value when reselling characters I've drawn. If I've drawn a fullbody of your character for free, the value of that piece would be equivalent to the commission value of a fullbody, thus increasing the overall value of your character.3 - Credit must ALWAYS be provided when reposting my art, whether it is your icon, twitter banner, etc. Credit should be provided to the appropriate media you are reposting to, instagram tagging @ for example. If I've made a resource for your Roblox game, credit in the description for your game [to my twitter @ and my roblox username [little_lemonboy] is required, no matter what.4 - You may heavily reference my art [of your characters] for personal growth if CREDIT IS GIVEN. My art may not be referenced for commissions, gifts, art trades, etc.5 - Refunds can be provided for commissions under $75 until the sketch is completed and lineart has been started. If I have completed the sketch and you require a refund, you will receive a 50-25% refund depending on completion, as well as no permissions of personal use for work in progress images. Terms for commissions over $100 [large projects] will be discussed mutually.6 - All art created by me can and will be used for portfolio or advertisement purposes unless stated otherwise. [such as commission examples] I will typically ask to make sure if it is okay to post my work of your characters, and am not against taking private commissions.7 - Payment is acquired via PayPal or Ko-Fi. Ko-Fi prices are slightly adjusted due to fees.8 - If you have a time limit you need the art delivered, please let me know! I do not do time limits of less than 2 days currently.9 - Commissioning me is only paying for my labour. Thus, I retain full copyright to art created including your character(s), but not the character itself. This is so, if repost of my art violates these Terms of Service, a DMCA claim may be filed.10 - If my art is used in any malicious way or a way that would discredit me, then the person using the art will be blocked and blacklisted.11 - If you are unsatisfied with the art received, this is NOT grounds for refund.12 - Characters designed by me may not be sold for more than purchased [or total value of art given]. For example, a free character must remain free, and a character bought for $15 must remain $15. The only adjustment to this value may be made if the character has additional art.13 - All art usage, present and past, must follow this Terms of Service. Failure to comply will result in the revoking of personal use rights.14 - Explicitly stated permission (such as to close friends) may negate some of these terms.15 - I may stream your commission; please explicitly state whether you would mind if there is a problem with that.
